建議食法：

煮麵：在同一鍋滾水中，鬆散麵後放入煮滾嘅水裏，用筷子迅速撥散。煮約 8-10秒（時間非常短！就要立刻撈出！撈出麵後準備過冷水河加入蠔油和蔥就可以食啦, 放湯食法也可以加雞粉和熱水和鹽
